Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing all our patients the highest quality of care. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, please take note of our cancellation policy:

• We require 72 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please be aware that weekends and holidays do not count toward the 72 hours.
• Cancellations made between 24 to 72 business hours before the appointment will incur a charge of $425.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged $850.
• If you are 30 minutes late or less for your appointment, you will be seen for the remaining portion of your session, but no additional time will be added.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be seen, and you will be charged $850 for the missed appointment.
